The HSF uses a custom continuous filter belt to deliver superior filtration and a constant coolant supply to your machine tool. Coolant passes through the belt, trapping particulates that form a filter cake to enhance filtration. When a set pressure is reached, the system automatically advances the belt, moving the filter cake to a drying station before disposal. A brush and rinse system clean the belt, ensuring optimal performance. With filtration capacity exceeding demand, the clean tank always maintains enough coolant for uninterrupted machine operation.
The Original One is able to achieve a superior level of filtration while maintaining a steady supply of coolant.
