To maintain the tight tolerances that are required in today’s precision grinding, Hoffmann FIlter offers a line of coolers that can be integrated into any of our filter systems. These coolers work to achieve a temperature set point or an ambient range in high ambient conditions up to 110° F. Hoffmann’s unique design maximizes efficiency without consuming valuable floor space. The Hoffmann immersion coolers sit inside the clean tank, clean coolant passes the coils that bring the coolant to a desired temperature range. Controls can be integrated into the filter control panel for easy operation.
Besides the benefit of reducing floor space, the Hoffmann immersion cooler is distinguished by the high precision and well-balanced efficiency of the motor and compressor. It has a stainless steel evaporator and an airtight compressor motor unit incorporating a vacuum capsule, this works to create a low noise level.

The Hoffmamnn Magnetic Separator is designed to remove ferrous particles and keep coolant tanks clean. It is frequently used in conjunction with more efficient filtration systems for the pre-filtration of larger particles.
The Hoffmann Magnetic Separator is sized to be able to handle flow rates of up to 200 GPM standard, with custom configurations for higher flow rates available. They are uniquely designed to allow for easy removal of the magnetic roll, and also feature a coolant inlet that is easily adaptable to customer specifications. The gear box is designed to the highest quality standards and is known for its reliability.
Fine Filtration Vessels
Hoffmann Filter Corporation offers a line of fine filtration vessels that can act as either stand alone units or be added on to virtually any filter system. As stand alone units, MPF filters are ideal for applications with minimal stock removal, but where very high filtration quality is required.
As an accessory to our larger filtration systems, the filter vessels work as a polish filter, further improving the quality of filtration even after the coolant has passed through the filter media. Our filter vessels come with a wide range of disposable filter bag options, allowing our customers to choose their desired filtration quality, all the way down to one micron.
